OK that’s really tricky because its a bit like a chicken and egg, science helped and creates and enables the internet to exist and science allowed you to be able to have the internet, so I’m afraid the science wins. Science will find new things that will advance our knowledge , understanding and technologies further, so one day, something better than the internet will exist.

haha excellent question. If I had help trawling through the paper versions of all the documents I need, I’d give up the internet, as science is much more important. But most science now cannot function without the internet. My office being a prime example – our internet servers were broken last week, and our whole office were a bit lost and went to lunch early – we couldn’t do anything without it!!!

This is a tough question indeed. Hmmmm. I really don’t know. Science has and will continue to advance our understanding in so many different ways, but so has the internet. Like the other scientists have said, nowadays science depends a lot on use of the internet. But the internet has developed from science. I think I have to agree with the other scientists, I would have to reluctantly give up the internet and then go cry with my face in my hands for about an hour. Ha ha
