      Absolutely. It really helps to prevent, manage and treat a variety of conditions from respiratory diseases like asthma, to cardiovascular conditions, diabetes and even some cancers, but the right guidelines and requirements should be followed. Exercise can help from a very young age to prevent the onset of illnesses and if you already have a condition can help make you feel better, happier or even reduce the symptoms. There are lots of different info for each condition and these can be found via the NHS website. However, over-training and too much sport can be detrimental and may cause and injury or make you catch a cold, so moderation is key
