I cycle to work everyday which is about 5miles.
I also play netball every Tuesday and some Thursdays. At weekend I like to garden and go walking. I also do indoor rock climbing. I try to do at least 30mins a day of some form of physical activity which is in line with adult guidelines. Its good to keep it varied and interesting.
I try to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. I love weight training but more recently I am trying to increase the amount of cardiovascular exercise I do by doing things like running, cycling, swimming etc.
